Accommodation in Geneva

Postby raspberry swyrl » April 10th, 2008

Hi, just wondering if anybody had any reccomendations for finding a flat to live in, (or a flat to live in) in Geneva. I'm going to be an intern there from May to July and I am finding it virtually impossible to find a place!! I've joined up with a couple of sites and looked at craiglist but some of it seems rather dodgy...so any help would be appreciated!!!

wow...good luck! When I lived there housing was so tight that they were making radio announcements asking for people to take in students because there wasn't enough housing for everyone.

Can the company you're interning with help you at all? You may have to just go and stay at the hostel until you've met a couple people who might have an extra room you can sleep in. I'd put up an ad at the uni and places where the students hang out.
