I've noticed a jump in airfare for travel to JRO from the Eastern US in June/July 2011. The average airfare has been $1500 and is now $2000. I know booking flights early is cheapest, but can a person book too early? I'm wondering if airfare will decrease later. Is there a sweet spot (10 months early vs. 6 months)? Thanks!

I found the reverse to be true! I booked my trip for $1500 a week ago, and just found the same trip for $200 cheaper. Search for Omega World Travel, and run a search on their site. They seem to search all the airlines, and frequently have better deals than the airlines themselves. If you check Omega, please let me know what you find. No, don't have any financial stake in Omega, but they really will help you find the best deal.
