Anyone interested in a week with your own Elephant to care for?

Figure out the best place to stay on Khao San Road in Bangkok and where to escape when you've had enough of the mayhem. From Singapore Slings to the changes in Bejing after the 2008 Olympics, gab about it all here.

Anyone interested in a week with your own Elephant to care for?

Any age is welcomed and it serves a wonderful need in Helping the Elephant and her Mahout to live a better life. The group to contact is Godifferently.com Nikki runs it and tell her Taylor and Nancy sent you from Fl.USA. We traveled for 91 days around the center of the globe..mother/daughter (13) with 9 countries and 2 backpacks. We were treated so well we want to share our great spots with others. The camp is small (only 15 families) and the personal touch is there. It is south of Pattaya and an easy bus ride from Bangkok. Stay a week or more, help plant a garden, teach children English, make a hammock, read to your Elephant as well as care for it daily...enjoy being part of something different.
