Australian work and holiday visa

Hi all I from the U.S.A and I'm getting ready t apply for an Australian work and holiday visa and just had a couple questions. One the application it ask if I have insurance for my time in Austraila. I'm don't have it at the moment, but want to buy it if my visa is accepted.

My questions is if I check the box no, does that hurt my chances of obtaining my visa? I don't send in the application without buying insurance first if it hurts my chances of obtaining a visa.
