Bali Indonesia Visa Extension

Hello! I am planning to do my Visa extension here in Bali this week. I read about a traveler doing his extension at this office in Denpasar:

Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Denpesar

Has anyone else used this location? How did it go? How long did it take to get your visa and your passport back?

I am considering doing the extension here in Ubud but I think going to this office in Depasar will save me some money, which to me seems worth it...

Does anyone have an experience to share regarding a good place to extend their Visa in Bali?
