I'm looking for a daypack that will keep my netbook secure. We are going on a RTW trip, and the daypack will probably need to be an over-the-shoulder type of bag. Since we will be carrying other items like cameras, wallets, etc., I would rather carry it on my side than my back for safety reasons.

Any ideas?

Look for something that is slash resistant and that has internal pockets that won't dump your kit all over the place if the bottom falls out or gets slashed out in a crowd.
