Okay, pretty neat. It would be cool if we could adapt that to be a bootie tournament.
Tickles
I love this game. However, once it said to click on my hometown, and the game wasn't even CLOSE to being in the right place! I was bummed.

That is quite cool - and not a little addictive/infuriating!
Easy enough to start a tourney here - just set up a ladder system, players arrange a time for their next game and there you go. The real question is - what should the prizes be?

I think it would be a lot better if all the cities were accurately placed. Every now and again, I'll get one where I know where it is, and they put it way in a completely different part of the same country.

I've been playing for months, and haven't had any issues with misplaced cities. Methinks sour grapes.

Pretty cool! I do agree with Lets though, it would be better if after each question it gives you a better visual of how well (or bad) you did. And as opposed to the average score/result.
Thanks for the link! I'm off to practice for the tourney, hehee

That is a swell game. I turned some others onto it, and in return they gave me http://www.mentalfloss.com/geographyzone/ and this kid-oriented one: http://www.nationalgeographic.com/geobee/ax/newquizstart.html

Wow do I feel humbled. It definitely makes me want to study my atlas, particularly Africa and the far East!

My boss has ninja powers of sneaking up on me while I'm goofing off. This game may get me fired.

I was addicted until it told me Portland was on the Canadian border ... and then I knew I'd never break 6000.
