hi everyone! it's been a little over a week since i've been back home in manila... melbourne is indeed my new favorite australian city (sorry, sydney...). thank you for all the suggestions. i pretty much stayed in the city proper but i did get to take a train to brighton beach with my bike and just rode around and gawked at the impressive houses... my friend and i also took a short roadtrip to the yarra valley and healesville which was a treat! still wanted to do so many things like visit phillip island, lorne, bendigo, geelong and the great ocean road but alas, i didn't have enough time. this just gives me another reason to go back to melbourne!
