'big expeditions'- any pos/neg experience's?

Hello,
i am planning a kilimanjaro trip later this year.
i have researched extensivly tour operators and have now narrowed it down to 3 preferred KNAP affiliated operators,one of them being 'BIG EXPEDITIONS' based in Arusha.
My questions are:
In the past 18 months has anyone used this company and had a positive/negative experience?

How was their equipment,food ,toilets,water etc?

How was their safety program?

Who was your preferred lead guide?why?
