Birthday treat in Lisbon

Hi all,

I'll be travelling with my girlfriend to Portugal next week and will be in Lisbon for her birthday. I want to arrange something nice to mark the occasion but am at a bit of a loss. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions that might help me. She is into good wine, good food and spa type stuff.

Book a room at Lawrence's Hotel in Sintra, just outside of Lisbon, and have dinner at the adjacent restaurant. It's definitely not a budget place, but well worth it for a romantic treat.
