Thanks -- I grew it myself.

Ugh. Do I really have to go to work today?

Thanks, everybody, for a fantastic party! Special kudos to my new wives -- you know who you are.

(L to R) crackerjillian, Boston Bill and Amazing Jules Verne

Big thanks to Miss Cracker J and BostonBill for taking a mini-road trip out to Seaside with me on Thursday! Not only did we have one of the most lovely (and long) sunsets that I have seen in quite a while, we also found some reasonably good chowdah. Well done, y'all!

A huge thank you to everyone that came and made the BnA party such a big success. Apologies to all the folks I didn't get to talk to for more than a couple minutes or at all. A little sad now that it's all over, but there's always next year!

Are you going to have people tag pics on Flickr again this year? How are we sharing all the evidence?

Good point, Calli. How about we stay consistent and use bnapdx2008 as the tag for flickr photos. We're hoping to have ours in a gallery today or tomorrow, but maybe not on flickr.

And if anyone wants to send us their photos we'd be happy to include them in our gallery.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came to the party; as always, it was great to see friends from years past & meet all kinds of new Booties (though after spending so much time with you on the boards, I felt like I'd already known you for years - which is why I was giving out hugs instead of handshakes!). To those of you who I'd never met before, I do have one note - no, I don't usually sound like a broken dog's squeaky toy, and yes, the laryngitis is still hanging around. I've been at no more than a whisper since Sunday at around 2am, and I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever sound the same again...

I do hope that a good time was had by all. I sure had fun, despite my lack of speaking ability. One of the evening's highlights? Watching rawjer rawk the turntables.

it kind of seems like there wasn't enough time for everyone, between trying to catch up with familiar faces and meeting new ones! which, i think is a good sign that bna has definitely been growing, and filling with all great people nonetheless.

congrats, bna on the 10 years!

Fantastic Party as usual, and this year was the best!!! Everyone looked fabulous and Jess the broken squeaky dog toy voice was kind of sexy especially in your heels and sparkly top... Smile

Thanks to Mono Loco for bringing the rum, and sorry if I scared you when i leapt up for the rum, I had too much sugar that day!! Also thanks to Minerguy and his sister for bringing rum for the midnight completion of the rum cider (this is the first year we finished it all)

Thanks to Kjeirstand and Shane for the whipped cream, we had enough to have another kind of party if we hadn't all been slightly hungover.

Thanks to Colleen (from the Green Tortoise) for buying the cider, all 5 bottles.

I can't believe its over, but fear not, Britta (owner of hostel) and I have already started discussing which building to put us in next year. And so the planning begins anew....

As a noob to the forums, I just wanted to say that I had a great time at the party. It was great meeting everyone; all of you were friendly and full of advice. Definitely a super fun experience.
