If I don't have a winter job, which I usually do, I'll try to make it.
If that is, I get tired of being in the US of A and don't go on a South American adventure.,,, haven't begun to see much of that continent.

We finally had a chance to get a new staff picture yesterday, so I thought I'd post it here - since these are some of the faces you'll see if you're coming to the party!

We need to update the staff profiles page so that each individual person is listed with their photos, which will help, but until then:

Back row - Roger (writer), Mika (business development), Ian (tech guru)

Middle-ish row - Julie (writer), Hayden (adventure trips & customer service), Donna (marketing), Chris (tech guru & co-founder)

Front row - Sean (the boss), Jessica (writer & community manager), Stanley (office dog), Dave (customer service)

FYI-

We have a spare bedroom, a couch, and lots of floor space if the hostel fills up for any reason. If any of you making the journey to the bash need a place to crash, we have room for a few of you. Just thought I would throw that out there if anyone is in need, and doesn't mind a short journey out to the suburbs. Smile

Perfect timing: I'll be back from one trip and getting ready for another. See you at the Wonder Ballroom Dec. 6.

Check out Sean's top 13 reasons to come to the party this year:

Reason #3 should really be enough for anyone, although #4 doesn't hurt either. Big Grin

It IS Portland, mate, so you could rock up in singlet, stubbies and thongs (if you were a #7) and you would not be out of place. It's somewhat of a special occasion for me personally so I'll be putting on the glad-rags but you should come wearing whatever's comfortable.

No. I will be in blue jeans and a loud shirt, as usual.
But the wimminfolk usually like to dress up for the BNA party, for their own reasons.

I like lookin pretty cuz normally people don't allow me at fancy events. I fancy up when I get the chance. Wink But plenty of people just do jeans and regular old shirt/sweater.

And Hydro's definition of "glad-rags" usually include fancy shoes that he only wears once a year - at the BnA party. Look for him to be limping by night's end, unless he finally lets me take him shoe shopping.

On second thought, I'm usually limping by night's end (damned stilettos), too, so perhaps he shouldn't listen to my shoe-related advice.
