I am disabled in both knees-would my American issued parking placard be usable in Europe and also are there Handicap Parking spots in street parking for my car?-Thanks-Goody

not sure if this will help but try here if you contact them they might be able to help, either with an exchange or issue of an EU disabled parking badge.

NOt that this means that it will work over all of Europe, but I havbe checked and it would work in Sweden. Also, the rental company (if you are renting a car) should be able to assist you.
