Capetown wedding- Rings-Photographer- Celibrants - Anything !

Hello there

Im happily coming from London (Im Scot/Aus) with my fiance(Sth African) and are yey, getting married in early August 09 hopefully at Cape Of Good Hope ? Still have to work that out, as I would love to be on the beach, BUT also with high cliffs...( We are being married on our own ) and do have a few questions...

Does anyone have any recommendations with jewellers esp. wedding rings in Capetown ? ( Have gone online from London and Begeeez, have seen only Xtremly high designer priced jewellers ?? )

Same with good Hairdressers, or non religious celibrants.

Would Love some kind of Info regarding all. Yep, I know Im asking for heaps, but I do find I am finding it hard trying to sort things out, as from here its a bit dismal. Any clues would so much be appreciated ! ( Your Invited if you like !! & It will be Smashing )

Would like to add some information, hopefully to make things a bit clear.

As Im situated in London UK, I guess I was hoping that someone would be living in Cape Town, and could give me a short start

As we will be in Capetown roughly only about 3-5 days beforehand. Around Late Aug. Are hairdressers etc need to be pre booked ?
I was also curious about non religious celibrants, and photographers ?

As since it will be late August, would everything be fully booked ? Could I arrange things within 2-3 weeks before, if I found some ? ( From London) or do photogs/ celibrants need ALOT of time before hand ?

I really dont want to go through a wedding planner, but Im thinking maybe i should ? ?

As I read this, it does sound very vague, so I do apologize....

So lets say its a smallish budget, ( as we being married, and going to travel around South Africa for approx 3-4 months, then onto Australia seeing my family for approx 1-3 months , then returning to Sth Africa for anywhere between 3-12 months, and then onwards living in Aus)

I guess Im panicking, as Im trying to sort out some kind of budget....

Am also trying to sort out sending my fiance building eqip over, Building stuff, blah blah so hope you can see through my Arghh ! hahaha..
