Singapore cats...


Oh, wait... these are not street cats... just as well!

This one isn't a street cat either...
my daughter's, but also napping.


I do have some shots of several actual Singapore street cats, with the clipped ear that indicates they were taken off the street, neutered and returned. None of the ones I saw were really hungry or miserable, but every one of them looked like it wanted to be cared for.

I will get some of those shots up one of these days...

I found this chubby guy at the Boboli Gardens in Florence.

This is the cat monster from Mango Inn, Utila, Honduras, that adopted me. He would spend his days hunting crabs down the hill.

A friendly cat on the roof of my guest house near Djemâa el Fna, in Marrakesh, Morocco. It was very vocal and demanded attention...my kind of cat.

This semi-feral beast oversaw the set-up for our wedding in Scipio, NY, but was absent for the ceremony and reception. I do imagine he came around later to help with the clean-up...

The end of this cat that you can't see has a huge pigeon stuffed in its mouth. It must have wanted some privacy while it ate its lunch in the park in Sultanachmet Square.

I was looking for something else and this guy from Istanbul mewed, "post me!"
