I recently have been given a chance to go to Sudan for a charitable organization with my camera promoting the work they've done, and making a story on the hardships of this country.

After all the stories I've heard in the media and everywhere about the genocide and internal struggle within the government, (especially in the darfur region) i've been told by lots of people to not go... but they have no sense of adventure! Should I go? :S

If I had the same opportunity as you, I’d definitely go. Sometimes you have to take a risk in life. Be smart, watch your back, and travel safe.
Screw you guys I'm going traveling...

It is a calculated risk. The Sudanese do NOT want anyone documenting their genocide by starvation, so you'll need to be very careful.

Still, if you survive, it'll be the tale of a lifetime!

Haha. IF I survive. Yikes. It's not every day someone gets the chance to go into a country like that, I know. I'm really liking the idea of creating something inspirational - I just don't feel like dying in a month.

Blahhh!!! Big decision.

Given the recent news, the Sudanese are STILL refusing international aid and harassing the workers. Did you finally go,

If he doesn't answer, perhaps we can safely surmise he did!
