I'm from Dublin and will be landing in Nairobi 31st January next, planning on climbing Mt Kenya and then Kili, then a safari, I'll have 3 weeks total. I climbed Aconcagua last February '09 solo, and want to do the same with Kili, although I know they insist on having a guide, which is rubbish in my opinion, its a simple walk in the park, just about acclimatising adequately. I'm hoping its possible to bribe the officials there, and keep costs down. I'm taking my own one man size tent, camping gear and cooking equipment etc.
