I am considering of visiting some friends in SF Bay Area in March, and was wondering if anyone knows of some decent low cost air company that fly from London (or Paris) to San Francisco? Thanks.

I dont have a specific airline to recommend but have you tried using http://www.kayak.com? That way you can at least pull multiple sights also bing tells you whether the price is likely to go up or down so you know when to buy. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip. I remember once when I was looking for somethign similar I found an airline that starts with "E". It has flights to many places around the world. They also had quite good price for flights to U.S.

Maybe check out Kuwaiti Air - we are planning a trip from CA to London and we almost booked a Kuwaiti flight from SFO to London, it was relatively cheap. I guess it depends when you are flying though (weekend, summer, etc.).
