This thread started by a new poster was basically a travelogue.

Now the OP's name & thread starter have vanished but all responses remain & I am named as the thread starter. This wouldn't be so bad if I could delete my responses also, however I can't.

What happened here?

The OP was a spammer. As their account was deleted, so too were all their posts. Generally I try to make sure that no threads are left open, but it looks like this one escaped the net and there have been several replies to it and they have been useful to the topic. It did not seem necessary to delete it. If you would like to edit your posts to create some sort of continuity, please do.
