Ok, here's how it works. I will ask a trivia question related to a city or country. The first person that answers the question correctly gets to pose their own trivia question...and the ball rolls on.
Which of the following is NOT a street or avenue in Lower Manhattan (south of "the grid"):
1. Broome St.
2. Mulberry St.
3. Spring St.
4. Manhattan Ave.
5. Chambers St.

Manhatten Ave is North of the Grid so its the odd one out....
MLISS4816
Correct. That means you can post the next trivia question, and then the person with the correct response to that question posts the next trivia question....and so on and so forth....
LondonCard2
OK, sticking with the multiple choice thing for now anyway...
Wakiki, Hawaii actually has its sand imported but from which country does it get it?
1. Jamaica
2. England
3. Australia
4. Thailand
5. Brazil

I'd guess it's Oz as they've got a lot more sand to spare than the other places on the list.

I would guess we should choose something other than Dings...
For now, Congratulations Mr Haci...
Australia is indeed the correct answer...Its somewhere in NSW (I think it was Newcastle but I'm actually doubting myself just now).
Anyhow...the board is all yours..

I assume you were trying to go for all are commonweaths except for Guam. However, it is Kentucky and not Tennessee that is the commonwealth - as are Penn, Maryland, and Virginia.
Am I correct?
Am I correct?

Ooh, this looks fun! Nice idea, MLISS4816.
Ummm...probably quite a few possible correct answers here, but how about US Virgin Islands as it is the only one made up of pieces?

It is the USVI, but not because it's made of of pieces -- Puerto Rico's got a few islands off its shores as well. Do you get what I'm driving at yet?

Left-hand driving! Nice clue, Haci.
Haci Richard
Well done, rawjer -- you got it. The US Virgin Islands -- the only current US posession where the folk are compelled by law to drive on the wrong side of the road.

Thanks Haci. I'm a big trivia fan and I wonder how this game will affect me if it catches on properly. And Boston Bill might enjoy this one too.
Here’s a softball just to keep the game rolling:
Which city doesn’t belong on the list and why?
a. Newark, New Jersey
b. Providence, Rhode Island
c. New York City, New York
d. New Haven, Connecticut
e. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Is it Newark because it's the only one without an Ivy League university?

Bingo, Haci!
Didn't think that would take you long, and you zeroed right in on it. At least I didn't use Ithaca and Princeton on the list.
