I've had a B'n'A blog for a long time now, but it's been about 3 years since I last posted.
I'm heading off on another trip now, and would like to start it back up. And for the first time ever I'm bringing a notebook (netbook actually) along, which should make it even easier.
However many places I'll be travelling will have pretty sparse internet access. As such, I'd like to prepare entries offline, including placing photos, then simply click a button, cut and paste, or whatever, to post the entry quickly when I get internet access again.
I gather this may require some sort of offline blog client. If so, then I'll need one that works nicely with Firefox and Ubuntu Linux.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish my goals?
Thanks!

I found a couple of resources here and here that may provide what you need. Unfortunately I do not have experience with any of them. If you find one that works well, please report back to us.

Thanks for the suggestions!
Sadly, none of them quite work out. Either they don't have the photo functionality that's mu key requirement, or they aren't linux compatible.
I'll keep looking though and let you know if I find anything.
