I went to the canadian work permit website and it says I must get a job before I apply. But when I try and fill out apps it says are you eligible to work in canada, need of sponsorship,sin, etc. So how the hell am I suppose to apply for a job with no visa?

I got my work permit without much trouble since I have a student visa. I think in your case you need to say you're in need of sponsorship when you apply for a job.
