If you are, PM me. I'm tired of being in a cubicle. Time to begin my writing business...and I need to hire someone to design a logo and a webpage. And some business cards and stationary. But logo first. And I'll need some clients. But I guess that comes after the business cards, doesn't it?

Ahhhh...the delights of entrepreneurialship.

What type of writing do you intend to do?

My love is travel writing, however I plan to focus on copywriting, ads, and corporate documents (like newsletters)as my bread and butter. Since I'm experienced in both creative and corporate writing, I hope to remain diverse.

I've been a corporate writer for a couple years now and i feel like part of my soul is missing. Nothing like capitalizing on our synergies and core competencies to maximize our growth and achieve work-class results.

Ooooh, that's fantastic, thanks. Since you've done it a few years, can you give me a heads up on the cons (I already know the pros)?

I work in a cube now, 9.5 hours every day plus a 2 hour commute. 13 days of vacation a year. Waking up at 6am every morning. Surely, a little capitalization of my personal talents in exchange for some flexibility is better, no?
