Joe: Watch the "Tour de Dorks" comments. (In fact, try it.) You harshed my mellow, especially after having just come in from a hot 40 miler.

At my workplace, I am literally surrounded by spandex-clad, long distance riders with unnaturally grotesque-sized calves and incredibly funny-looking footwear. I cut no slack for the bicycle boys and their silly sew-ups. In return, they fart in my general direction. Wink

"Tour de Stud Muffins"- I am on the floor, laughing!
That which was harshed has been mellowed by a fine sense of humor. And then there is Joe...

Nose job

A cleaning crew rappels down Jefferson's face on Mount Rushmore, S.D., before powerwashing the third president.
Soon he'll be shinier than a newly minted nickel.

Surviving on pennies per day

Seventy-six-year-old Huang Xiuzhen picks tea leaves on a plantation in Anshun, China. The government-owned plantation pays one yuan (12 cents) for every kilo of leaves, and some younger workers can pluck 30 kilos per day. Huang averages just two or three. This is what happens when you privatize Social Security.

On the left? As in the one in lead... or from the back the one closest to the camera, or from the front the one furthest from the photographer? Confused
