Hello everyone, right, here`s the plan.
Me and some friends are wanting to bugger off round europe and do a bit of travelling, we dont have a route yet, but I`m not even sure we want one
we have a rough idea but the whole point for us it to just go where the wind take`s us, we dont know wether to go by eurorail, by foot (coach`s) OOOORRRRR, on vespas smile
I prefer the vespa idea, but would it be wise to go round europe in a vespa?
anyway, we have it set for around august time, and as we have no ties at all, it looks like we are just gonna up and go!
we have what we are going to take covered, tent`s sleeping bag`s waterproofs and othe essentials, but I just want some views on the idea, I will probably still do it regardless so constructive criticism if that`s ok smile

I think you could have a great time travelling on a Vespa. You will be able to access villages and small towns that you wouldn't otherwise get to travelling by train.

I've done a little bit of cycling in Europe and know that it can be done. I managed to get a much more personal view of the place in this way.
I suggest packing light, but with a sleeping bag, tent etc. You might want to pick up a white gas burner so you can stop anywhere and fire up a cup of tea or some hot food.

Let us know how your trip goes.
