SkyAnnie, not too long ago you posted to a European that they should fly into YVR and not SEA as "vancouver is a bigger hub." As a pilot I can tell you that SeaTac is not only a busier airport for 31000 flight movements than YVR and by well over 100000 passengers than Vancouver is, but SEA has more flights to more destinations at lower prices than YVR(plus no BS airport improvement fee). YVR is a "better hub" for BC and Yukon destinations however.

Yay for SEA...I live about 2 minutes away from it and it's one helluva busy airport.
But I hate the floors there... ___________________________ 'The time has come,' the Walrus said, 'To talk of many things: Of shoes -- and ships -- and sealing wax -- Of cabbages -- and kings -- And why the sea is boiling hot -- And whether pigs have wings |

Hey mate, from Brisbane, every travel agent I spoke to called YVR the bigger hub from here than Seattle. Perhaps my statement was based in my location?!? Relax mate. _____________________________ "Fate loves the fearless." - James Russell Lowell |
