Hi everyone!

I hope I'm posting in the appropriate board...

Just wondering if anyone has used flychina.com and if so, whether they are happy with the service?

I'm in the final stages of booking tickets to China for me and my friends. I feel much responsibility since it's not just for myself.

I'm mainly concerned with faxing my credit card info and signature for purchase. Please let me know if that's "safe" these days.

Thanks!!

Depends on where you are faxing it. If you're faxing it to us, I can assure you that's safe. I would assume that a large organization like flychina.com would have similar customer protection standards in place.

Thanks Court for your reply. I wouldn't be asking if I were faxing it to you guys, of course! I did start out trying to book a ticket with BootsnAll, but because I was having such a hard time getting Air China tickets, I had strayed in the process of searching....a long, frustrating, and yet boring story that I will keep to myself.

I'm beginning to believe things happen for a cosmic reason too great for individuals to control, or understand.

Thanks for your good wishes!

As it turned out, Flychina was really understanding about my situation. They really helped me out a lot, and worked quickely and efficiently. Good people. Good experience.
