I like this guy's list. It is very interesting. I've seen about 13 of the places on his list. Not bad, I guess. The problem with these type of things is that they are so subjective. But, still, they are lots of fun to poke through and see what people think are the best places in the world to visit.

This is a cool list. I like how you can click on a list item for info. on what is cool about it in his opinion, a little history of the place, etc. I've probably been to a dozen of his items, with a few more on the way.

Sadly, I've only seen 4 of them. I'm hoping to hit quite a few more on my RTW.

That's an awesome list.

14. 15, if you count me walking down a London street saying, "Oh, look it's the British Museum, too bad we don't have time to go in." (The question asked is how many I have "seen")

I find his list of 1000 a little more interesting. 188 of those.

Although, even on the 1000 list, Hillman leaves out quite a few countries that I am quite fond of world wonder or not.

23 if I count the branch of the Hermitage in Amsterdam.

It helps to be a bit of a museum goer to do well on this.

Only 8 out of the 100, and 37 out of the 1000.
Not too surprising as I don't usually go out of my way to see landmarks or "must sees".

I've seen 25 (out of which nine are in Italy):

Pyramids of Egypt
Taj Mahal
Machu Picchu
Amazon Rainforest
Acropolis/Parthenon
Nile River Cruise
Colosseum of Rome
Fjords of Norway
St Peter's Basilica
Sistine Chapel
Louvre Museum
Canals of Venice
Versailles
Pompeii
Uffizi Gallery
St Mark's Basilica
Florence Cityscape
Sahara Desert
Leaning Tower of Pisa
New York Skyline
Marrakesh
Eiffel Tower
Ayers Rock/Uluru
Banff National Park
San Francisco

I might have also seen the Metropolitan Museum, Yellowstone Park, and Yosemite National Park when I was younger, but I'm not going to count them because I don't remember them.

And I've seen only 78 of the top 1000.

If halfline hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have paid attention to the 1000 list. Now, having seen it, I have been to 226 of them.

19 out of 100.

Nice list, though it seems very weighted towards Italy.

9. Ha... I guess I still have a long way to go. Seeing the fjords of Norway was my favorite among them.
