It's a shame this is fake. I've always felt ripped off when I've had to pay for excess baggage and the seat-belt-extension-needing passenger next to me is paying the same for a ticket. Why does it matter if the weight is in the cabin or in the cargo hold? My bags were 10Kg over when I flew from JNB to HIJ and it cost a couple hundred rand more. Meanwhile, at 65Kg, I was quite a bit lighter than the 150Kg guy spilling over into my seat.
