Ok guys Ive booked my next three months out instead of doing it off the cuff, mainly because its better to have reservations during the summer

Then I have to fly back to Texas to manage my property for a week or two (need to renew insurance policies and some rent contracts) before I can travel out again!

That's an eclectic list of locales, but I like it. Professional eater that I am, I'm not certain that my palate could take all that variety at once.
