hai,

My boyfriend and I want to go to Bali 19 January, we have 20days in Bali. Do we have to make a reservation concerning the guesthouse? And are there any surf festivals in Bali? or place to hang out for surfers?

You do not have to book accommodation in advance. Actually the cheapest accommodation is not even listed in hotel booming sites. Here's a run down Baliblog did today for accommodation in Candi Dasa .

January should be quiet.
