Has anyone stayed here? What's it like for two girls traveling solo? Any night life and how are the beaches? Rocky?

The beach at Canggu is good for surfing but too rough for anything else. The area is very quiet and a 20 minute taxi ride to the restaurant/entertainment area of Seminyak. I would think you would much prefer to be in Seminyak/Kerbokan.
