I've got a summer block of time in July to work with. Essentially, I am wondering how feasible it is to get from Japan to Spain in six wks through not flight. I am an experienced sailboat racer, so my first goal is to find a few boats to sail on between the two destinations. Otherwise, I want to just travel by bus, train or any other feasible mode of transportation. The plan is to just keep going west.

I want to see China, India, South East Asia, Eastern and Western Europe and perhaps Africa. Im looking for any criticism, comments or advice. Thanks in advance!

Japan to Spain?
Not flying?
In six weeks?
Visiting China, India, SE Asia and Western Europe?

The only way I can see doing this without flying it to take the trans Siberian railroad, which will take you away from every place you mention. You can take a boat from Fukuoka Japan to Bussan, South Korea. From South Korea you can take a boat to Vladivostok, Russia. From there you can take a train to Europe.

If you go to the places you mention, going over land will take you through Central Asia which, depending on where you go, is at best slow and at worst dangerous.

I don't know of any sailboats which can travel that fast. I would dare say it is impossible to travel via sail from Japan to Spain in six weeks. Maybe there is a racing ship that could do it.

Most of the places you mention are not regular stops for most people with private boats. The odds of getting on a boat going in the direction you want, in the time frame you want, is about zero.

What you have outlined is pretty much impossible.

I have to agree....this is crazy. Go back to planning and slow down. 6 weeks is hardly any time at all and you have waaaaaay too many countries for that short of time, not even mentioning all the other problems.
