im looking for a good mystery book......the length doesnt matter----ive read all of john grisham. im looking for a book that i cant put down. any suggestions?

I really liked the Dante Club. I also enjoyed Murder at la Fenice.

la Fenice is pretty short, but still enjoyable. I had figured out the who, but not the why at the end.

When I was in hs, I read mysteries almost exclusively.

I enjoyed Agatha Christie (Hercule Poirot is my fave Belgian dick) and Mary Higgins Clark, whose daughter also writes mysteries (can't remember first name, but last name is similar or same).

And on a true crime note, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil is better than the movie, despite scoring major John Cusack points.
