Has anyone else ever visited this website? It's a really neat idea - people take a book, register it with the website and then they "release" it into the wild... people then "catch" the book, and then they can put it back on the internet and it's tracked. Those who release/catch the books then write short little journal entries.

I love bookcrossings... though I have a hard time letting go of my beloved books. I barely use book exchanges in hostels because of that.

i only 'released' 2 books, and theynever got caught. at least not registered.

I responded to this once, but got cut off from the server... lets see if it will work this time.

I just had a look at the site. I had never heard of it before. It is such a great idea, and sound so fun, but I am like Lets... I can't let go of my books.

Even when I moved home from overseas, I brought my books back with me! They are somehow connected to me after I have consumed them. Hey, the only reason I want a home some day (rather than living on the road) is so that I can have a library!
