Does anyone know of a site BESIDES Snapfish that makes notebooks with your photo on the front??? I absolutely love the idea/cusomtizability of the INSIDE of the Snapfish ones, but I hate that I can't crop/align/size my pic the way I want to on the front.

Notepads for less than $7 a pop would be great too... looking for xmas gifts already... last year I used Shutterfly's "Calendar" border to make personalized calendars for everyone, looking for something different this year!

(FYI, calendar directions: I picked 12 pics for each person, cropped them and put a different month "border" on each one, which resulted in 12 4x6 prints with my photo on the top half and a monthly calendar on the bottom half. Then I put a holiday pic in a clear plastic frame and attached the calendar "pages" to the back of the frame so the person could change it each month starting in Jan - TA-DA! Personalized xmas gifts for $4.25 each!)

You only paid 4.25 for shutterfly's calendar? I went to do one the other day and it was 20$...huge markup!!

No Annie, I didn't buy the premade calendar from them, I "made" my own by putting the calendar border on my photos. If you go to the edit borders bit one of the options is to put a single-month calendar as a border (no boxes to write in, just the dates). I just picked 12 pics and put a different month on each one, then attached them all to the back of a frame.

You know, I misunderstood you... you want something to write in that has a photo on the front, my mistake.

I did a websearch and found this... ipods.com.

You know, that's a great idea, I might steal that if you don't mind!

Hmm, $1 cheaper than snapfish, which is lovely, thanks! But still has the problem of not being able to change the SHAPE of the pic. You can crop the pic at different sizes, but you're constrained to their proportions which makes no sense. (My problem is I have a pic that doesn't fit in those proportions, I crop it to the max size and the sides are still cut off... I guess I'm going to have to do some creative photoshop work)

*edit* I just ordered a dayplanner from the site you posted Netts, I'll let y'all know how it turns out!

Hey folks, I got the day planner I ordered from ipads.com today - good find Netts, it looks GREAT!! I absolutely love it! Couldn't do everything I wanted with it, but it still rocks, definitely going to make some of my xmas shopping go easier this year, and they discount for volume.

Y'all should check it out!
