I have a feeling this has been asked before but with the advances in technology you would think it would be safe to xray your film.

The thing is i am going on a trip to the US from eire. But there are multiple stops and i want to take shots of the planes and from the air. I have a nikon f55 35mm slr camera. What precautions should i use.

I will take the camera and film onboard with me.
