1. I have a pentax optio 555..anyone know of waterproof housing for it?

2. i'm snorkelling in central america and galapagos..is it stupid of me to just take waterproof disposables?...and just carry a bunch with me?

3. I have an external hard drive to which i'll be uploading my pictures but as a back up and to show my relatives back home, i wanted to upload my pictures to a website. I've found a few but they dont' hold too many pictures...and i'm not paying for any memberships...any advice?

For $20, you get unlimited storage and bandwidth on Flickr for a year. It is a great deal. When you consider how much you are willing to spend on a waterproof housing or a disposable camera, it is well worth it.

If you are just snorkeling, there are waterproof bags which work with most cameras. They can't take much pressure, but it isn't an issue if you aren't going to actually SCUBA dive. If you want something more, be prepared to spend as much or more for the waterproof housing.

A disposable camera is an excellent option for underwater use. I rented a camera in Palau and put in my own, much larger CF card. I was able to take tons of photos and movies more than what I otherwise would have.
