Wow, those are some great pics. I'll be there in May and you've given me some good ideas for shots. Did you use a filter? Those skies are an amazing blue. The last photo of the Eiffel Tower, did you use a tripod or was that hand held?

No, I did not use any filters at all. I lucked out on a few amazingly crisp winter days in Paris, especially the day I was walking around Montmartre and Sacre-Coeur. Yes, I used a tripod on the night shots of the Eiffel Tower. A good tripod is about the only way you can get sharp shots like that in dark conditions.
