Holds PhD in Packing

Hi all!

I am looking into creating a DVD of our Europe pics.

However, I am at a loss as to what the best program to do this is. I have looked at NeroVision Express and it seemed really good but it would only allow 99 pics in the slideshow.

PhotoDvD allowed a thousand or so pics but doesn't seem to have any way to add background music.

Any recommendations of a good program that we can add as many pics as we would like (it'll be a couple hundred in the end, probably), with transitions, and background music...

Thanks!

Amanda

It isn't freeware, but the demo version will give a good idea of the things it can do, used it for a small slideshow for a 50th wedding anniversary and went down a treat.

It is simple to use and will allow transitions and the addition of a background track.

If you're using a Mac I highly recommend this app. I found it way easier to use than any of the iLife apps that come with the Mac. I used it to create my slideshow from Serbia. http://balkanbreak.blogspot.com/

PC - Got me. You should be able to use a burning program like Nero to burn a Photo Slideshow. I actually think Vista's got that capability built right in...

Best of luck
