That will be one long-ass ride.

Eurolines is safe. I never worry about luggage on Euroline buses. The luggage goes down under.

My only beef with Eurolines is that I am always overheated.

I don't know about taking the Eurolines in that part of the Country but I HAVE taken the Eurolines Coaches from London to Paris and London to Amsterdam.

They are very clean and there is a tiny Bathroom to go to the Loo in but not much else (well I suppose you could wash your face and armpits but that will be about it).

The luggage gets stored under the Coach at the beginning of your Journey and you collect it at the end. Hand Luggage stays with you or you can put it above your seat in the Overhead Compartments...but I wouldn't recommend that if you have valuables in there cause if you doze off someone will surely be at it.

All in all a very pleasant way to travel so don't be afraid!!

Ditto what the others said.
Eurolines is safe, but valuables should be kept on your own person regardless of how you travel (bus or train).
Washrooms should be at the stations, some will have snack shops too, others will have just a bathroom and the ticket counter.

I just did london to paris with eurolines and yes it is cheap but i dont think i would do it again. The coach out was an old one and had no leg room whatsoever and air con that only worked at the front and heating at the back which was where i was slowly roasting!

On the way back the coach was much better a new one and nice comfy seats but it didnt do a stop from paris until london - and couldnt even get off the coach for the ferry because we randomly went on the euro tunnel instead which i never want to do again ever.

it is perfectly safe and i never felt worried and i had my hand luggage on me. I would hope that your long journey stops somewhere cos otherwise that is one hell of a ride
