OK, I have two questions.

1. Can I enter and exit the schengen countries freely as long as I am within my 90 day limit. Ex) I want to go by train to Greece, but in the process I'll go through Romania and Bulgaria (non Schengen), will I be able to enter Greece without hassle without a multi entry visa (I'm American). I then plan on going back up through said countries and return to tour through Germany and Austria etc.

2. How do the "transfer stations" work on eurail. They often give only 12 or so minutes to leave your train and enter the other train before it departs. How do I know where my transfer train will depart from. Is it always announced in English over the PA?

As long as you don´t act odd you shouldn´t have any problems with the 90 day thing. I´ve over staying my welcome and no one is hassling me.

The announcements are not made in English. You can check the board in each station (and sometimes tv sceens) for what platform you need to be on.
