Hi, I am an American Dive Instructor looking to move to Malta. I wanted to know if any other Americans have stayed in Malta past the 3mth visa you get at entry.
If so how did you go about it?

following some sort of bilateral agreement beetween our governmnet and dubya bush (must be a thank you gift for leting reconnaissance flights pass through our airports) americans no longer require a visa to enter the country

I think its just like any other Euro country, you need to get married or get a sponcer.
