Hey guys, I just made a website for Americans moving to England and I was hoping some of you here could go through and look at it? I've got it broken down into simple sections. It's a very basic site. Are there any suggestions from you what you think I may be missing? Do you find the site helpful?

I made the site to help me make some spending money while I'm living here, but I also hope it truly helps some people with their move.

Thanks in advance and on the links page you'll notice my shout-out to BootsnAll!

I've zillions of comments, but that's partially because I'm an opinionated guy Razz
  • mention mini-cabs in the transport section
  • mention getting an A-Z
  • mention BUNAC, etc. in the working section
  • list some good books, like Living & Working in London/Britain
  • mention National Express and budget airlines for domestic travel
  • mention eurostar and eurolines in the 'traveling europe' section
  • more links to source information. E.g.: oyster card stuff should like to the official LT site, the tv stations, home office visa page, etc.
That last point is important. There are just way too many websites out there in the world that have enough to show up on google searches, enough to wet the appetite, but in the end don't really help.
