Which German beach resort would be the best for nightlife during the Summer? Sylt, St. Peter Ording, or Timmendorfer Strand? Or maybe some other beach?

Mallorca (Palma) the most popular. Actually, I am pretty sure it is the most popular tourist destination for Germans.
