I don't know if anybody has heard about MyMiniCity. It's bascially an online 'game' (hold on, don't be scared away just yet). You set up your city (Name and Country, that's it) and then it grows when people click your city link. No downloads, no instructions.

As of right now the Bootsnall MyMiniCity World Domination quest is still somewhat slow:

But at least Old Valhalla has a town center.
