Heathen Socialist Punk Vixen Queen of Knödel |
So I finally got a good pair of sandals, and I'm just curious to know if anyone else has these Gobi sandals from a company called Source.
They seem good, my small but excellent outfitter shop swears they're the best thing around and I trust their opinion. I walked in the door, said I needed a sandal with a good footbed/sole, must be able to handle a stony road and feel good after a day of wear. They told me this was it (skipped the Keens entirely).... So, any opinions? PS I love the way my gear is turning into an international collection of stuff (swiss mat, nz pack, swedisch stove, austrian sleepsheet from cocoon, american water system, and now israeli sandals) |

I've got the Zambezi's from Source and like everything else this company makes, it's an outstanding product.
Great purchase - enjoy them and happy travelling cheers Jeelan "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming -- WOW--What a Ride!" |

I've got the Gobi sandals too. I can't say enough about them. I have "problem feet" as they say, and these are the first sandals other than Keens to fit me well and feel great. I also like that they come in a zippered pouch. It's not relevant to the shoe, I know, but I....I kind of like the cute little pouch
