My Tevas were starting to fall apart (large tears all around where the straps go into the soles), but I didn't want to replace them just yet. I got a tube of Freesole: Urethane Formula Shoe Repair and it worked like a charm. I had to sand down a few peaks after it dried that would have rubbed nastily against my feet, but that was easily done.

Now if I can use this stuff on the lower corners of my tent it'll be perfect.

Absolutely. I reckon that products such as Seam Grip and Freesole can fix damn near anything.
