I'm going to be using the Trangia stove which runs on denatured alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. I would think that isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) wouldn't be a problem to find but denatured might not be around?

You can buy it in large cities like San Jose. I think it's pretty difficult to buy in smaller cities. I decided to buy a Whisperlite International for CA because it is so easy to find fuel for that (gas, diesel, coleman fuel, alcohol, or anything else that burns).
