After Arenal and Montverde, which place should I visit? Manuel Antonio, Turubari, OR Cano Negro

I've heard Cano Negro has crocs, monkeys and jaguars--all of which I'd like to spot.

Manuel Antonio seems to be what everyone touts, but it seems like just some trails and pretty beaches?

Turubari seems to have a croc 'park' and ziplines, so?

We are more into jungles, and spotting animals(not really birds), and snakes. It can't be too hard to walk or long.

Which do you guys suggest?

Manuel Antonio has a few trails, pretty beaches, and monkeys that steal your stuff (or poop on it from the tree - their aim is impeccable). You might see a sloth. If you go, best to go early in the morning to avoid the crowds. $10 to get it -- I personally didn't think it was worth the entrance fee.

There are also zipline tours from Quepos, which is the sister city to Manuel Antonio. Quepos itself is not exactly a nice town. But if you do decide to go to Quepos/Manuel Antonio and want to do the ziplines around there, I can recommend you to someone who can arrange the tour for cheaper.

I don't know about the other places, though.

Also, jaguars are rare and very elusive, and pretty difficult to spot in the wild.
